We had a wonderful stay at the lovely warm apartment in Kitzbuhel. The modern building retained some Austrian charm and the brand new facilities made our stay comfortable. We especially loved the heated flooring and the spacious bathroom with a fast and hot shower. The apartment was also very spacious and had all the amenities we needed, including a TV with Netflix and Amazon services. The owners were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient with easy access to the bus station and a short walk to the center. we had a great experience and would recommend this apartment to others.

Clean - new apartment with all the facilities you'd need. Great kitchen for a quick breakfast before hitting the slopes. Superb location - only 10 minutes to town and 15 minutes to the cable car. Local tip: there's a small market nearby and another one with a bakery just a 5-minute walk away. A standout service was the washer and dryer available for use.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment. The beds were very comfortable and the space was very spacious. The apartment was also very new and fresh, with nice materials used throughout. We also enjoyed the Nespresso coffee machine and the smart TV with apps like Netflix. The wifi was also excellent. The location was great, with the train station and bus stop for skiing just a short 3-minute walk away. There was also a supermarket with a local bakery just a 5-minute walk, and the "old town" and city center with restaurants and bars were also within a 10-minute walk. the apartment was perfect for us as a small family who preferred to be self-organized with meals.

We loved being able to have breakfast and quickly hit the slopes. the location was ideal, only 10 minutes to the town center and restaurants, and just 15 minutes to the cable car. We found a small market near the gas station and another one a short 5-minute walk away, which also had a bakery. the apartment also had heated floors, so make sure to bring slippers. There's also a washer and dryer available for use on the ground floor. it was a great stay and we highly recommend it. Cons: Nothing 🙌.
